Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon on Tuesday 3 Teves spoke out regarding the ongoing investigation into the fatal arson attack in the PA (Palestinian Authority) village of Duma. Police have called on the tzibur to assist in providing information into the fatal attack which authorities believe to have been Jewish terrorism. A PA couple, parents, were killed in the attack along with an infant son while a second older son is still in the process of recuperating and rehab from extensive burns.
Back in September Defense Minister Ya’alon stated he knows who the responsible attackers are but fell short of announcing details in the case.
Police and the ISA (Israel Security Agency – Shin Bet) recently made arrests in the case and earlier in December 2015, the ISA announced Jewish suspects in the case are in custody. They were arrested using administrative detention orders. They are not permitted to meet with lawyers, put on tefilin or light a menorah on Chanukah. A gag order was placed on the case, citing the “Severity of the case compelled the move”, leaving the suspects without any basic rights.
Ya’alon on Tuesday told the national that they lack evidence in the case to continue to detain or prosecute the suspects. The senior minister stated he is certain the attack was an act of “Jewish terror” but authorities are unable to prove this.
Attorneys affiliated with Honenu continue to champion of the battle of the suspects, explaining they have been stripped of any and all basic rights with the arrest and detention.

The Defence Minister of the State of Israel says the State lacks evidence in the case to continue to detain or prosecute the suspects. He knew that last week but they were not permitted to meet with lawyers, put on tefillin or light a menorah on Chanukah, leaving the “suspects” without any basic rights. In case it was not clear before, it should now be clear as anything that the Satmar Rebeb zy”a was 101% right in opposing the Zionist State. Heilige Yidden are locked up even thought here is no evidence to convict them of any crime but the homes of Arab murderers are left to stand. The State of Israel is a place where Jews haters abound. Unfortunately many of them are fellow Yidden.

Convicted Palestinian terrorists with “blood on their hands” are treated way better than Jews in Israeli custody. Noone would even think of denying a Palestinian his religious rights but for a Jew they won’t hesitate. Look at the terrorist who freed himself by going on a hunger strike. They wouldn’t dare force-feed him, instead releasing him and taking an enormous risk of this becoming the new trend. But they wouldn’t hesitate to force-feed a Jewish prisoner.
